  It’s 11:40am and they are not taking orders. I at at the drive thru box and got no response. I pull to the window and see a lady stacking cups, I get her attention and she just shakes her head as to say “no” like they aren’t taking orders lol. They claim to open at 9 so not sure what that’s about but I will never be back as they are clearly unreliable and terrible customer service.

  Worst experience ever. Several employees had a very poor attitude, and I was overcharged for products. It honestly felt like they didn’t want customers there. As a customer, you expect good service and quality food, but this place failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend going here — not a good experience at all.

  I orderd the biggie bag and when i took a bite the meat was hard and the bacon was frozen. They refused to make me a new one. The service is terrible i had to repeat my order 6 times and when i went to get a refill on my soda they yelled at me to leave, when i was walking home the manager pulled up on me and told me “if you come back ima kick you’re ass you are banned” and he started to yell at me in a different language there was a lizard just chilling by the window, and a roach ran across the counter i really hope they shut this place down or fire everyone in there.

  Nobody attended to me when I arrived and I overheard two female employees hollering in the rear. When one finally came forward, she did not greet me and then said " wa u wan " very impolite. I submitted my order and instructed her I was eating inside. I obtained some napkins and plastic utensils and when I returned my food was in a paper bag!! No trays visible. When I opened the bag everything was thrown around!! I will not visit this location again.
