There’s no friendliness, no communication, and no effort to make the customer feel welcome. Orders are consistently incorrect, even when clearly customized, and especially when you pay extra for specific items. When you point it out, the response is not helpful or professional. It feels like they don’t care if your order is right, and fixing it becomes your problem instead of theirs. The overall environment comes across as disorganized, unmotivated, and lacking basic customer service standards. There’s a clear lack of pride in the work being done here.

The person taking my order through the drive thru had me repeat what type and even repeated BEEF back to me. I get home and the chalupas are CHICKEN this usually would not be a problem but this taco bell continuously gives me chicken chalupas even after I confirm I want beef and I don’t understand why. If there is no beef, express that but how are we going to exchange the word beef THREE TIMES just for me to get chicken it’s so disappointing and it’s happened so regularly that I just get aggravated.
