  We placed an online order was said to be delivered by 617P...turns out this Pizza Hut doesnt have delivery drivers, they rely on doordash....we called at 630P and were told the pizzas were done just sitting there waiting for a driver....on line updates....will be delivered by 725P soon it will sit there for over an hour before they even send it my way Do not order from from here and expect your pizza when promised Nowww they want us to drive 15 min to pick up the cold pizza.

  OSCAR was so rude and nasty speaking to customers like they’re his child .. I can’t even imagine working with him 0/10 customer service. If he hates his job that much he should go play in traffic rather than being a jerk to customers . And I will be reporting to corporate .

  I went to pick up an order and automatically when I came in , OSCAR was being rude to someone that wanted Mariana sauce telling them it doesn’t come with it even though they offered to pay he was still rude . Then when he assisted me , I gave him the name on the order and he asked me if it was my first day on the job because I didn’t have a pizza warmer …. MIND you I been doing uber for two years I never had anyone act like it was a crime or refuse to give me the food due to a warmer … I work for uber not PIZZA HUT or DOMINOES , then told me he was doing me a favor by giving me the order without the warmer .. Disgusting attitude and arguing back and forth with me just won’t ever work for me . Nobody told OSCAR to work for pizza hut Not even my mother can speak to me that way 0/10 And I will be reporting him .

  “UNHYGIENIC” Hello everyone I don’t write reviews normally unless it’s need to for attention, Staff preparing pizza without using gloves, Front counter Appearances is dirty, in kitchen floor was visible it’s look very dirty, there are Grease under the kitchen equipment,manager name OSCAR is very rude and , because he was unprofessional and with attitude . Area director of Pizza Hut need to visit the location to check the quality and standard of Pizza Hut. “CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION ON LOCATION CLEANEST AND STANDARD”

  This company has lost all of which what made pizza hut great. I have not ordered from pizza hut in years so my daughter wanted to get stuffed crust pizza. I ordered a large stuff crust pizza with pepperoni sausage extra cheese extra sauce. Pizza was not fully cooked and hardly any sauce to be seen. Next had garlic parm wings with lemon and 4 boneless lemon pepper wings. So wings with parm swimming in their dipping sauce and lemon pepper were oveecooked bricks......so not even close to a quality product. 8 cheese sticks and a 20oz coke. Sooo you dont see how out of touch this company is until you get your food. Let's recap 1 large stuffed crust pizza 2 toppings with extra cheese and sauce which felt there was none. 10 wings and a 20oz bottle coke and an order of mozzarellasticks. ...60 dollars with tip when all said and done. Thry even had door dash deliver it because i guess they dont have many delivery drivers themselves.Pizza hut has lost a customer today. Long time I depended pizza hut but now I see why people have strayed away from this company. The price has gone up and the quality has gone waaaay down. Papa John's or dominos gives you more food for your money and quality.
