- MSMichael SmithApr 4, 20261.0Today I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s on. I ordered several McChickens and asked for extra ranch. I understand there may be an additional charge, but the lady with glasses who was handing out the food at the final window was very rude. She did not explain properly, had an unprofessional attitude, and closed the window abruptly without giving us the chance to decide if we wanted to pay for more. It’s not about the extra cost, but about how we were treated. As customers, we expect respect and clear communication. This type of attitude does not reflect the level of service expected and should be addressed by management. I hope they learn how to treat their costumers.

There was a young girl with blonde hair and fair skin who provided very good customer service. She helped me with my order and remained kind despite the chaos.

Then the big mac I bit into was so old it wasn't fit for animals. The fries were cold. Poor management, poor employees. Poor service. Wont be back. Visit Mar 6, 2026 at 8pm
