  On 2/20 at 11:30pm, I ordered a #6 spicy chicken sandwich meal totaling a little over $10. When I politely asked for a barbecue sauce, I was told it would be $0.54 because I “have to order chicken nuggets.” That didn’t make sense to me considering I just purchased a full chicken meal. It’s still chicken. What made the situation worse was the attitude. The employee was rude and dismissive. When I asked for a supervisor or manager, she claimed she was the manager but refused to provide her name. It wasn’t about the $0.54 it was about the unnecessary policy explanation and the lack of professionalism. Customer service matters.

  Ordered honey butter chicken biscuit meal. The chicken had the texture of a microwaved frozen chicken patty, the biscuit was hard as a rock. The potato wedges were completely flat, like the thickness of scalloped potatoes with the texture of trying to chew cardboard. I ordered a black iced coffee and the cashier argued with me that I either had to get one of the sugar laden iced coffee drinks or if I wanted no sugar I had to get hot coffee. The entire meal was completely inedible and disgusting.

  I never right reviews for fast food but tyler and his ci workers were super busy and still patiently took my order and let me know an honest wait time. I appreciate them and the amount of courtesy they showed me.

  There is an old lady as manager sometimes, she is so rude always. She is loud and I have never had a good experience with her. There are other employees like the blonde guy or a Mexican lady that are so nice always, maybe should consider them as managers because the old lady is not friendly
