- MRMichelle RussellNov 14, 20251.0Hello, I’m reaching out because I had a very unprofessional experience at the Wendy’s located at 7050 Jog Road in Lake Worth, FL. Your automated system scheduled me for an in-person interview at 9:00 AM, 11/14/2025 and I received multiple confirmations days in advance. The system even stated that it contacted the store to let them know about my interview. When I arrived on time, the employee at the front told me the hiring manager was not there. She made no effort to apologize, take my name, or pass along my information. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even try to assist me. It was extremely unprofessional. I spent money on gas to get there, only to be told they weren’t hiring even though hiring ads are still being posted and your system is still scheduling interviews. This was a complete waste of my time and money, and the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. I would like this issue addressed, and I recommend removing hiring ads if they are not actually accepting applicants. Thank you.

Went back around. No answer. I had to cancel my app order. We drove by the window. 3 people just standing at the registers. So I guess they don't want to answer the drive thru. At least say something to the customers.
