  Order 3 burger and a large drink $13 in total and when I ask for BBQ. They told me 60 cent. Bad customer services

  Went by today 02/ 23 at 7:50 and there was no one working as I saw them all arrived!!!! And the restaurant opens at 6:30a!!!! I get a few mins late but a whole hour and 1/2!!!! Owner you are loosing business by keeping the employees scheduled to work the am shift today.

  I visited this location and used the bathroom. When it was time for me to leave, I noticed I was locked in there. I stayed locked in for more than 15 minutes. I kept on knocking, screaming for help, calling their main number (no answer). Called my family who kept on calling as well. I had to call 911. Then 5-7 minutes later, the call a guy opened the door and stated very loud oh I don’t know why you locked in there I put the cone so nobody close the door. Meanwhile I did not notice any cone when I was getting in. And saw the sirens of 911 and proceeded to say yes she called 911. No one in the store asked me how I was doing. This is such a big red flag for safety. Worst store ever.

  I visited this location while dropping my daughter off nearby and stopped because I was hungry and interested in a promotion advertised on the front of the store. When I asked for clarification at the drive-thru, my initial question was answered, but when I followed up, the employee stopped responding altogether. I eventually found the information on the menu myself. When I pulled up to the window, the interaction felt unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service. While the food itself was fresh, the attitude and lack of professionalism significantly impacted the experience. As someone with a background in hospitality, I understand that everyone can have an off day, but courtesy and communication are essential in customer service. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  I am very disappointed. Got the 38.00 order home no fries in the bag and my triple bacon cheeseburger with no bun had no bacon. My autistic son who loves his ff had none. Do better Wendy's
