- EEEric6 days ago1.0Customer service here is terrible. There’s one employee who works the drive-thru (short with dreadlocks) who always has an attitude. Every time I pull up, he says “Are you ready?” in a low, passive-aggressive tone so you can barely hear him. Then you have to ask him to repeat himself. It feels intentional and it’s childish. This has happened multiple times — drive-thru and inside. One time I picked up a DoorDash order and confirmed it with the employee at the counter. She saw me confirm it. As I was leaving, he followed me to the door telling me to confirm it again like I didn’t already do it. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I’m honestly shocked he’s still working there with that same attitude. Customer service matters, and this location really needs to address it.

She's also quite funny, my daughter loves the dragonfruit drinks they have and of course her doritos tacos. Never had a wrong order, never had a bad attitude from any of the employees, they all are respectful and they all have a sense of humor, which is really a breath of fresh air. My daughter and I love them and will keep coming back as long as you keep the dragonfruit drinks!

I was surprised when the lady told me the $7 box is actually $8.64 at their store. The price is not the issue, It's the fact that Taco Bell run ads on TV that is not honored by the stores. Very disappointed.
