  There were about 5 teenage boys vaping inside the store! Getting free food and drinks from there mother it looks like. They were screaming curse words playing in their phones very loudly and flicking multiple customers off. When u went to order on the kiosk it told me to pay if front I did they told me to wait then 45 minutes later I told them I have been waiting for a long time and they said they never got and order so I had to order and and wait for another! 20 minutes then, after that, I got my food and the crunchy tacos I was supposed to get were all soft. The two crunchy tacos they gave me were all fallen apart meat everywhere the burrito they gave me only had meat and lettuce. Nothing else I asked for sour cream beans, tomatoes, all of the above and all I got was ground beef and lettuce asked for a medium fountain drink they gave me a small and the service was very slow and they were very rude to multiple other people. NEVER coming back!

  We were the first people here around 8pm and they ignored us when we told them their order machines were down and forgot our order after 5 people or more came in and was so rude when they had to “remake our stuff” and after all of that the food was terrible worst Taco Bell I ever had

  I placed an Uber Eats order from this Taco Bell with an ETA of 6 PM. Not only was the order late, but the packets of sauce I specifically requested were never added to my bag. How hard is it to throw in a few sauce packets? It’s literally part of the order. I’m not sure if the workers here are lazy, careless, or just couldn’t care less — but clearly, nobody’s paying attention. I only order sauce to mask the flavor of the already questionable “Taco Smell” food, but even that small request was ignored. This time, I ordered for my kids and decided to add a burrito for myself to make lunch easier. Big mistake. The food was bland, thrown together without effort, and somehow managed to taste worse than usual. If this is the level of quality and care Taco Bell thinks is acceptable, they should be embarrassed. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere that actually values customers — and can remember a packet of sauce.
