But I thought I would try again because it was on the way. Chicken way overcooked, missing items, rude and suspicious employees. They need to work smarter. I should have just stopped with Maria at Forest Hill and Jog!

Especially when I place an order going through a drive-thru window. I'm usually very forgiving, and patient as I know how difficult a restaurant environment can be to work in. Unfortunately, this particular establishment consistantly drops the ball and either gives me the wrong food, or sends me on my way with my order being incomplete. It's come to the point that I have to check my order evertime before I leave, and have them correct it before leaving. I'm tired of getting all the way home before discovering that my order is wrong time and time again. Most of the people that work at the window are very young, have little experience and seem to care less about correcting the problem when I come back. It's come to the point that I will no longer visit this establishment, and have decided to find somewhere new to go. The aggravation is simply not worth it to me.
