  They never give u receipt and mess up your order I asked for yuca and they literally gave me fries

  Drive thru missed our order for drinks. My husband said “Large coke” 3 times. and are the combo meals don’t have drinks?? They missed our sauces too.

  Pollo is amazing regardless where you go. However, this location is disgusting. Some of the memembers were not wearing gloves. And, the place is dirty and I saw a roach. Go to other ones

  I placed a catering order for pick up at this location. I called into pollo tropical to even place the order. The guy who helped place the order was nice enough to put me on hold while calling this location to make sure they can complete my order and to see what time is the best time to pick the food up. He then told me he spoke with the manager who stated I could get the food at 7:30pm. I get to this location at 7:30pm and asked someone behind the counter to see if my order was ready she went to tell other coworkers and never came back to update me on what is going on. I waited until 8:00pm and still wasn’t able to get an answer about my order. I asked for a manager and the manager Weslamd never came up to speak with me or tell me what is going on. All I kept getting was “hold on” and “I don’t see an order.” I had the receipt on my phone and was trying to give it to them. The only person who cared to look at my receipt was the person at the register who confirmed I was at the correct location and the order was placed by pollo. I kept asking to just tell me what is going on because I had other food to pick up and being here over 30min was messing up my plans. I even asked to just refund me my money at this point but was told they can’t refund me my money. All I wanted was an answer on if the food was ready or not so I could of left and came back but instead they rather not answer me, ignore me, and say they didn’t see the order. Mind you when I first came in to ask about the order all I said was I was here to pick up my order of rice. The manager even said the order of white rice for 10 people. Clearly if you know what kind of rice and how many people especially then you seen the order. I will never cater from here again and will never recommend them for catering. I am beyond disappointed with this location. I even called and spoke with pollo customer service who confirmed the order is placed at this location and had to apologize for the inconvenience. My food was not ready until 8:30pm an hour after I was supposed to pick the food up.
