I ordered twomedium pizzas and one flat bread. I kindly asked the lady, I think her name was Rebecca or Margaret. Could the pizza be remade . I was told that all the cheese would look like that. Absolutely not true! I have ordered from that pizza hut more than once and never had a issue with my pizza before. I then asked for a refund and was told that she couldn't process until the following day. That I didn't understand at all. I was very upset so tried to call corporate while still in the store. I then get a notification that my refund was being processed after I was told I would have to wait. I felt that the lady had a attitude and just didn't want to do a refund or remake the order. Customer service was awful and I will not be purchasing from that location ever again. Location was for 2800 Congress in Palm Springs.
