  Dinner at Outback Steakhouse was truly enjoyable, with a lively and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless dining experience. The food was excellent, notably the steak, which was cooked to the perfect temperature, tender and flavorful, matching our expectations in every way.

  Third time we ordered an 8oz steak to go and got a 4oz steak. Manager said the steak shrinks after it is cooked, in their case it shrunk 50%....or you could just admit you gave us a 6oz and not an 8oz. Your location continues to give people 6oz steaks that shrunken to 4oz-5oz after being cooked despite the customers ordering a 8oz. This is the THIRD time this has happened in the last 3 months. If you order an 8oz, you better check it because most likely this location gave you an 6oz after you paid for an 8oz.

  Had sworn off our local Outbacks because of poor service and so-so quality. Went in a group of six, and this one had both excellent food and service!

  We had such a wonderful experience tonight, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jayden, the busser. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and hardworking the entire time we were there. You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job. We ended up having a conversation with him about his goals and he shared how much he wants to work hard, move up within the company, and make his family proud. That really stuck with us. It’s rare to see that level of motivation and character. He honestly made our night. It’s employees like Jayden who keep customers coming back. My family and I will absolutely be returning to this location!

  Came in for lunch today and honestly everything started out great. The food was delicious, service was fast, and our waiter was super friendly and attentive. We paid the bill thinking it was a perfect visit… and then I looked over and saw a roach crawling across the table. That completely ruined the experience. It’s hard to overlook something like that after eating. I did ask for a manager and funny enough a man came out, I have no idea if he was a manager, and ended up killing the thing. Honestly we walked out after cause I was so shocked. I hate leaving bad reviews because the staff did a good job, but cleanliness is non-negotiable. Really disappointing ending to what should’ve been a great lunch. Did I mention it was my grandmas 88th birthday lunch we were celebrating together?
