  Service was amazing! Clay was very attentive, prompt and responsive to anything I needed. He’s the true definition of incredible experience. One of my best dinners at Outback SH. Thank you Clay !

  Ordered food online curbside pickup. Was promised to be ready 734p. Was not ready til 751p. I went in the back and waited instead of curbside. Staff that walked past me each asked me if I was being helped and one of the servers apologized for the delay. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Didn’t give 5 stars because of the delay. I come here often and they usually run behind.

  Lantana Outback is my neighborhood restaurant and been going for years. I ordered from Uber Eats. I called to asked a question before they sent it out. I was told I had to talk to the “To Go”department. I waited over 6 minutes with no response. I called back and talked to a hostess. She said the only way is to talk to “To Go”. She transferred me and said she was going to tell them I was on the phone. I waited for two more minutes. The “To Go” department picked up and immediately hung up on me. I tried for the third time. I spoke to the same girl who said she was going to transfer me but immediately hung up on me again. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with the service. My order was on the way by then, so issue never got resolved.

  Food is very good and super reasonably priced. My issue why I reduced a star is because I did NOT get a. 8oz barrel cut filet. I ordered it but was given sirloin. I sent it back, kitchen confirmed they gave me sirloin and then gave me the filet. But the filet was not the thick barrel cut. It was flat and it was 6oz. It tasted delicious but very disappointed it wasn’t the cut or size I expected. My parents ordered 6oz sirloin and it was literally the same size. The 3 course meal is the best deal. Only certain entrees on it, but I wish I got that instead, comes with a salad or soup the entree with a side and dessert for $16-21 depending on was you order. The burger looks huge, juicy and delicious. My parents enjoyed their sirloin though my mom said that she had some grizzle in hers. Hers also tasted like it had a whole pepper shaker dumped on it, way too spicy and strong. The salad they bring you is a nice size and I tried the cheesecake, it was so creamy and rich and delicious. The chocolate sauce on it was a nice touch. It was my grandmas birthday and they brought her out ice cream with a candle in it which was so sweet of them. I would come back here again but they need to serve the filet they advertise.
