They need some control or proper management here, this is the 4th time in a row I got the wrong items, even for the wrong items the fries were undercooked and cold. The burgers were old.. It’s McDonald’s it’s not that difficult.

The manager and staff were the rudest people that I have ever encountered.
Absolutely disgusting behavior. The worst customer service possible. They should not work in hospitality business. This encounter was on Friday night 10:30 pm.
I return the cheeseburger because tasted bad. The cheese smell bad. The cheeseburger was not at the standard.
Thinking that was going to be an easy return or even they will offer and exchange like normal restaurant.
The staff at the first window and then the manager on duty decided to argue and fight with me about the cheeseburger.
Behavior unacceptable.
The manager should not be working. She is not a leader.
What could have been and easy I’m sorry here is your return or exchange turned into a nightmare. She refused to give me her name. I will never comeback to that location
