  This is the most disgusting McDonald's my family has been to in the last decade. It's not even dirty. It's unorganized and full of employees who think it's okay to throw drinks at customers. They did just that to my husband and 2 of my kids who were in the car today, 01/03/26. This establishment is a joke. If you're wanting this processed food I'd suggest you drive the extra mile to go to any other mcdonalds. I hope this can help anyone who is looking. Id give 0 stars of I could.

  The manager is a firecracker! And I mean that in the best way. She's a really warm person. I felt like I was not in McDonald's but a family run restaurant. Very nice for a change. And it's open 24 hours. I'm blessed to be close to this place I love the vibe.

  I ordered a regular Big Breakfast meal. That includes pancakes. I shouldn't HAVE To check my bag when I received it because my meal includes pancakes. I arrived to my office, looked into the bag. Guess what? No pancakes. I am missing the very item that MAKES the meal. I will NEVER visit or order from this establishment again. EVER. For the record, this is the address of the McDonald's store in question: 3671 S Congress Ave, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461

  I am extremely tired of paying for food and never getting what I asked for on my food for the past 2 days. I have eaten at this McDonald's. And they are not putting any onions or pickles on my sandwiches. When I'm requesting extra of both, I don't know if they're having a problem reading the tickets, I don't know if they can understand them, but McDonald's, you need to train your employees to put what people order on their food on their food. We work hard for our money. And we have to pay for food to eat and it sucks when your food is never right. It's so simple to read a ticket and put onions and pickles on a sandwich. I have been trying to go through the. McDonald's app to complain, but the site is always down. And never sends messages, hopefully, I get a response Very doubtful

  Service here is unbelievably bad. Ordered drive thru. They weren’t able to add my code for points. Order was missing items. When I called they said I had to come back in person to get my money back. I went there and was told they could do nothing to get me a refund. Called an 800 number. They said they can’t help because this location is privately owned. Called another number who said they would help but I have heard nothing in a week. Why is it so hard? Do it right the first time or fix it. These guys mess up the order then basically tell you to take a long walk off a short pier when you ask for it to be fixed.
