  I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a donut. I noticed some reviews mentioning that staff may struggle with English, and that seemed to be the case during my visit. I had to explain my order a few times and there were a couple mistakes before it was finally correct, but it was resolved so it wasn’t a major issue. What concerned me more was the cleanliness. I observed the employee preparing the coffee touching the ice with bare hands and handling the cup lid without gloves. I’d like to believe their hands were clean, but that’s exactly why gloves or utensils are usually used in food preparation. Because of that, the experience felt unhygienic overall. I’d rate it about a 2/5 mainly due to the cleanliness concerns. Otherwise, coffee tasted great.

  Second time ordering from this location in the past two weeks very disappointed… coffee tastes like water both times !!! Go to Dunkin at Kobosko … coffee on point !

  Best Dunkin around the area. Always fresh donuts; always fresh coffee. Staff is very pleasant, and a very clean place. Our very favorite place to stop for a coffee break, and we always eat in.

  Buenísima atención, los muchachos que trabajan aquí son rapidísimo... Pase primero por la mañana asia Orlando y después por la tarde con otro grupo de de varias personas y, a todos nos dieron exactamente lo que pedimos y rápido. Me quedé impresionado con la rapidez y la calidad del servicio. Todos les dimos 5 estrellas.

  I just waited 35 min for 2 coffees. They were in a tray so I didn’t realize til I got in the car that one of the two hot coffees was luke warm at best. Not to mention the staff doesn’t seem to speak English proficiently.
