The lady that works as the manager in the mornings will blame you and tell you that you ordered your food wrong. I had to take a bagel that wasn't toasted back inside once and she said I ordered it wrong. The bagel wasn't even cut in half. My order today for the first time came with Cream Cheese. I always order it plain. They took it back and scraped it out of my bagel. I threw it out of the window. This part didn't make it. If you go here you will quickly understand it is the worst operated Dunking Donuts around!
