This kind of misinformation feels misleading and unfair, especially since Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act demands transparent refund policies from businesses—something this interaction clearly violated. The poor handling of my complaint by Carlos has made me lose all trust in this location, and I have no intention of ordering from your store again.
