I don’t expect employees to be overly cheerful or act like robots, but basic customer service and consistency should be the minimum. This is the second time she has denied giving me chips, yet the customers right in front of me were given a bag without any issue. When I asked about it, she responded in an annoyed, low tone saying, “We are not doing chips anymore,” which clearly wasn’t true based on what I had just seen. On top of that, she almost handed my boyfriend someone else’s order. When he corrected her, she rolled her eyes and didn’t even give him a bag afterward. Everyone else here provides decent service. Not perfect, but respectful and consistent. This particular employee’s attitude makes customers feel unwelcome and honestly makes us reconsider coming back. This has happened multiple times, so it’s not a one-time misunderstanding. I’m bringing this up because it needs to be addressed. Customers should not feel dismissed or treated differently depending on who is standing at the register.
