  Never have I ever had a terrible experience like this at a food chain. I work in the food industry and I understand that mistakes happen but when these things happen you should at least try to fix it as soon as you can. So i had ordered my order online and they had given it to someone else which is whatever everyone is human but what got me was that to my understanding the manager or whoever was too busy correcting the online order instead of getting someone to work on my order. This is a fast food chain and everything is basically already made. All you needed to do was put the food in the bowl and package it up and it also was not busy AT ALL. It shouldn’t have taken 15 minutes to do so as it would in a normal restaurant when they needed the food fixed. It’s a fast food chain for a reason. There was lack of urgency and the workers just simply did not care. Another thing is that I had ordered guac in my bowl which everyone knows is an extra charge and they also couldn’t care enough to add it in the bowl when remaking it and so how hard is it to follow the instructions on an online order. They also need to work on actually cooking their rice too because someone could seriously get sick.

  Supposed to open at 10:45am, everyone just stood there and finally at 10:55 I just walked away. I usually don’t write reviews but this was wild. This place is convenient from where I work but after today I’m done.

  First they already ran out of the wild rice which I wanted, it was 6:15 pm, the lady that handled ky order certainly DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!! ashe didnt understand my questions regarding the rice, I sm not racist, please, how can I order and ask questions if they dont understand me? I felt so uncomfortable I finally ordered and left !!! NOT COMING BACK!

  First of all I have been in the food industry for over 20 years worked from the bottom to the top so usually i try to go easy on my fellows restaurant staff but not today this location was my to go spot for the good service and great quality plus portions , i guess not anymore not sure exactly what happened but this is my second time being disappointed , I ordered a bowl to go at exactly 9:40pm and they close at 11pm hour and twenty minutes before closing , they were out of most of items and the the ones that are still available we're dry and old , no Pinto beans tiny bit of black beans left , no Sofritas which walls my desired protein , little bit of dry chicken and little bit of dry steak , white rice was old and crusty as well , when I asked she said we're out of the items I mentioned , how can you be out of main items 1:20m before closing ?? the place was not even busy , only two girls running the line and online orders definitely, short-staffed or roles Divided wrongly , had to wait over 3 minutes to get cashed out . Im sorry but you really need to work on this location little more and give it more love and time , being a good chain alone does not guarantee you continuous business trust me on that .
