  I keep coming back hoping I’ll get a decent chai latte. Unfortunately they can’t make one to save their life. I get what tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk every time. 3 stars because my bf likes this place.

  Best customer service I’ve ever had, Elyse was very kind and even recommended me a drink which was amazing, she kept the conversation going and was very inviting! I will most definitely be coming back!

  Seems like the conversation between the staff is more important than the customers, they saw me come up and just continued their conversation while staring at me. Loved this location when it first opened but the attitudes of the staff have driven me away.

  I’m a very loyal customer and come here all the time, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Normally the staff is great, but tonight my friend and I had a really uncomfortable experience with the night shift. When we pulled into the drive-through, we couldn’t even tell if the store was open because no one was there. When the woman finally came to the window, she had a lot of attitude and was making very strange facial expressions. Our drink was also made incorrectly, and when we politely mentioned it, she became argumentative and insisted it was “how it’s supposed to taste,” even though I order this drink all the time and know how it usually is. This experience was very out of character compared to my usual visits and honestly left a bad impression.

  This my second time coming to this location because it’s the closet one to me and I like to try out new coffees but this one wasn’t it. When I first drove up two of the workers started to stare at me and started laughing. And one of them finally came up to us she greeted us with an attitude and once I did my order they proceeded to give me the wrong thing and once I said something one of the workers said “ bro omg “ and once the girl gave me the right order we said thank you and she just walked away. Overall we got treated with poor customer service and we weren’t satisfied with our visit
