  Every time I come into Chipotle Mexican Grill, the food is always fresh and hot, and the restaurant itself is clean. However, the customer service needs improvement. It takes away from the overall experience when the staff, particularly one employee, comes across with an attitude and doesn’t greet customers. It can make the environment feel uncomfortable

  This is allegedly a double portion size of meat. There’s more green sauce than meat. This is the third time this has happened. Do not order from here unless you’re going inside.

  I’ve had multiple orders from this Chipotle location where my food contained noticeable amounts of cheese, even though I didn’t request it. I understand cross-contamination can happen, but this has been a repeated issue. For anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies, this is concerning. It shows a lack of attention to order accuracy and ingredient handling. Really disappointing, especially since this should be easy to get right.

The guacamole is consistently perfect: smooth, fresh, bright green every time. Never brown, never watery — just that ideal Chipotle smash. And the chips? Fresh, hot, and perfectly salted.
