Ordered pick up from Oka, said to pick up at 7:20, wasn’t ready till 7:55. Forgot to include egg rolls in the bag, miso soup cup was half full, sushi rolls falling apart.

I had a great burger and great fries. The burger is also grass fed and pasture raised and no hormones or antibiotics which is rare. The bun is delicious too. Local made I believe. I don’t drink but the waitress said the cocktails are made with real ingredients. So they have this natural twist that appeals to me. Patio outside is big but it is right on the main drag and can get loud. The inside is okay. Nothing special but it works. Staff has always been friendly when I’ve been here which is about 4 times. I try to go off times so it’s quiet. I think at prime times it’s very busy.

Second time here, came off hours (3pm for a very late lunch) so it was easy to get a table outside under the canopy. Justin our waiter was personable, attentive and warm. We started with street corn (2 pc to a serving) which was some of the best I ever had. So flavorful and had nice heat to it. I had sea bass and burnt ends tacos - so delicious. My husband enjoyed the Angry Delray steak sandwich w/ salt & pepper shoestring fries which were so crispy and tasty (I stole some they were that good). Justin reminded us happy hour just started so we had a second drinks. Both margaritas and mojitos were bright, refreshing and just what we needed today. Highly recommend Lilo’s!

I wish that I could say that the food was great, but I can't, because I never got any. I went in for a late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon around 3 PM. There were four or five people at the bar and no one at the tables. I sat at the bar in clear view of the bartender; I know that he could see me, because I could clearly see him at the register. I tried to get his attention, but he never looked at me. He finished what he was doing at the register, and then walked away to go clear a table. He still never looked toward me. He came back to the bar, and it seemed as if he looked toward me, but then he wandered over and started chatting with a customer at the other side of the bar. I wouldn't be able to get his attention without shouting, so I left. I walked across the street to Dave's, where I was greeted by not one but two servers. I was quickly seated, my order was taken, and I had a nice lunch. I've heard Lilo's food is good, but I guess I will never know.
Follow-up: The owner responded to my post, apologized, and offer to buy my first round if I came back. I haven't had the opportunity to go back, but I will definitely give Lilo's a second chance. No one is perfect, and mistakes happen. Many businesses respond to a review like mine defensively, or try to blame the customer. Wrong! The right response is to own it, and then fix it. Lilo's owner did it right, and I will give them the chance to earn a proper review.
They have good food. Unfortunately my take out order wasnt what i ordered. I was told that they would replace it when i called after i got home. I just tried to get the correct order i o맹 for and was told that because its a month later and i dont have a check number (which i was never given,) that im out if luck. Good food, the seevice has upset me. I used to frequent this restaurant 2-3:times a month. The woman who handled this iver the ohine was very rude. Maybe its just a fluke but they lost a customer
