  Probamos la pizza de birria, la torta de birria y aguas frescas de tamarindo todo estuvo espectacular. Los sabores fueron intensos, auténticos y muy bien preparados. La birria estaba jugosa y llena de sabor, y el agua de tamarindo súper fresca. MAURICIO nos atendió de manera excelente, muy amable y atento. Una experiencia muy buena en general. Totalmente recomendado We had the birria pizza, a birria torta, and tamarind aguas frescas everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. The birria was tender and full of taste, and the tamarind drink was fresh and refreshing. MAURICIO provided excellent service attentive, friendly, and professional. Great food and great experience overall. Highly recommende

  Absolutely delicious taco joint with amazing homemade sauces and a wide selection of protein choices and vegetarian options. Love it. Will definitely be back again.

  Bit pricey but tastes good. Hot take I like the non birria taco options more than the birria. Other food trucks are probably better for bang for your buck while still tasting as good if not better though. El rucon did do good on marketing tho so they sorta earned it.

  I Purchased asada tacos and wanted to mention the meat tasted all dried the tortillas felt like they been exposed to the air came out hard and soggy . I thought higher price meant better quality, guess not

  After seeing this restaurant on Facebook, I wanted to come in and try their Birra Tacos with Consome. We were greated warmly by Mauricio, who when told it was our first time there was very patient and explained a couple of things to us. He was able to do a "special request" bean burrito for a picky eater in the group. The Birra 🌮 🌮 🌮 were so good. Meat was so tender and tasty, and the console topped it off perfectly. I'll be back to try some of their daily deals, and some other items that look so good on the menu. No complaints from this first time guest. Thanks Mauricio. ** They have two other locations as well**
