- JBJohn Buck4 days ago1.0Ordered a drink on the app for inside the restaurant. Waited at the counter for 14 minutes for one of them to hand me the cup. Multiple employees walked by me many a times and not one of them asked me if I had been helped yet. Eventually, I spoke up and apparently they clicked it off their screen as "done" and then forgot about it/me. This is standard practice to keep their time per customer down.
