  Went to the Wendy's in Lake Wales, the young man at the counter.Look like he didn't even wanna be there.He had a little attitude.They were short staff.It took almost a half an hour to get my order

  Absolutely horrible. Walked in and no one was in the kitchen or counter and no customers in sight not even the drive thru. Employee finally came and said be with you in a moment and took her 10 minutes and then said that they were busy, a male employee came out and told her we were there and she said they can be patient, we finally ordered, 2 sandwiches and 3 fry’s, we ordered at 8:31 and did not receive our food until 8:59

  Sat in drive thru from 1125pm till 1140. Employees inside walking around cleaning but not helping anyone. Knocked on drive thru window and they looked and laughed. Car in front was a doordasher said they sat for an hour with a line around the building and no employee ever responded to anyone. They should all be fired immediately

  On 2/12/2026, while travelling to the east coast, stopped for lunch. I spent over 15 minutes, at the kiosk to order. The employee advised one moment and never took my order. The line did not move for over 15 minutes (at 300 PM). Very poor management.

  This Wendy's was the worst wendys I've ever been to .I pulled up to the window and the ai tried taking my order but it didn't understand what I was asking for so I asked for an employee.. this lady gets on the mic and was SUPER RUDE TO ME.. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER AND DIDN'T EVEN LET ME FINISH PLACING MY ORDER.. SO WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW I TOLD HER I NEEDED A JR BACCON CHEESE BURGER ADDED.. SHE HANDS ME THE BAG AND TELLS ME TO PULL FORWARD I LOOKED IN THE BAG AND THERE WAS NO FORK, BUTTER OR SOUR CREAM FOR THE BAKED POTATO THAT I ORDERED SO I WAVED TO HER SHE OPENED THE WINDOW AND SAID RUDELY ILL BRING IT WHEN YOU PULL UP.. SO I PULLED UP AND THIS LONG HAIR YOUNG MAN CAME OUT AND HANDED ME MY FOOD I LOOKED IN THE BAG AND THERE WAS STILL NO SOUR CREAM BUTTER OR FORK SO I TOLD HIM THE LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS RUDE THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN PUT ALL OUR STUFF IN THE BAG SO HE WENT BACK IN AND GOT THE FORK SOUR CREAM AND BUTTER .. IT WASNT THE FACT THAT SHE FORGOT OUR ITEMS TWICE HE WAS HER RUDE DEMEANOR.. SHE WAS A BLACK LADY WITH SHORT HAIR AND IT LOOKED HER HER RIGHT EYE HAD SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT . THE LONG HAIR GUY TOLD ME HE DIDN'T KNOW HER NAME THAT SHE NORMALLY WORKS MORNING SHIFT AND HE WORKS NIGHT SHIFT THIS HAPPENED AT 2:40ESH TO 3:00 ON FEB 8TH 2026.. I KNOW SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.. IM THE MOST UNDERSTANDING PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET BUT THIS WAS 💯 UNEXCEPTIONABLE..AND THE JBC THAT I ORDERED WAS NASTY THE BREAD WAS HARD AND TASTED OLD.. I GET EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS THIS WAS MUCH WORSE THEN SOMEONE HAVING A BAD DAY
