  Good luck getting your order right here. It seems like almost every time it’s wrong !! I’m talking at least 8 out of 10, you’re going to get something wrong. The thing is you guys have a ticket/screen in the back…. can’t you just pack the bag with the right order ? I mean, think about it. It’s really not that hard but it’s almost impossible for this location to even remotely get it right.

  Tried to order food from the register and the girl walked away from me. They don't wear name tags probably for this reason so don't know who it was then another employee walks up from the bathroom and say that we can order from the kiosk. Very disappointing to be ignored food is mediocre and lobby is trash.

  Ordered online got to the window didn’t get all of my food so I gave it back an stated there looks like there’s a taco and cinnamon twist missing she puts twist in the bag hands it back I pull off look in the bag noticed my chalupa is still missing and went back around stated I came around already and was missing food and I get to the window the lady calls her boss and first thing she says let me see your bag I hand it over she looks in the bag and says I put it in there I handed her my receipt stated I ordered a box meal and was missing stuff and she said you didn’t order a box and there’s no chalupa on here I said yes please read the receipt she gets mad and goes and makes the chalupa comes back I said thank you and she just shuts the window worst service in the world.
