I ordered a sub at the Winter Haven Hospital only to realize it was still in Lake Wales location on 60 by Tractor Supply. I tried to call the store immediately to cancel it. The store didn’t pick up I called about eight times. Went there the next day and told them the situation they asked me what my name was looked at the stand and said that my sandwich was still there from YESTERDAY and said that there was nothing that they could do about it, that I made the order even though their phone lines were down and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and just sat there and looked at my sandwich, looked at me and said there’s nothing we can do!!! Health Department needs to go there because if tuna was sitting on the shelf for over 24 hours that’s a violation. It was on camera too, I’m calling them myself. I will never go back to that store. You are gross.
