  I love that the staff gets dressed for the holidays. It creates such a fun atmosphere. I get my favorite coffee several times a week there, usually in the afternoon on the way home. Everyone is so nice, service is fast and my drink is great!

  This place has all teenagers working everytime I go and they have the worst attitudes. They are so disrespectful, snappy, and when I told them my order was made wrong yet again they said it’s my fault because they made what I asked for. I didn’t ask for the granulated sugar I asked for the liquid sugar and I asked for 5 pumps of caramel they only rang up 3 since when does a large get 3 pumps?? I worked at Dunkin for 2 years and I know the large gets 4 pumps but the child wanted to argue. I’ll take my business elsewhere from here on out since no one in the entire store can be respectful or make a coffee correctly. This is now the 6th time my coffee has been wrong, not a single issue with the one in Walmart just this one and since it’s closer I thought I would keep giving it a try but I see it’s a repeat problem. Train your employees better and let them know that terrible attitude isn’t going to get them far.

  Nina, Kenneth, Gloria, John, Angel, Jim Are the BEST! I love this Dunkin! I drive to this exact location everytime even though theres a closer one to me! Everytime I come, everyone is very friendly and welcoming! They dont mind giving you exactly what you order and what u ask. No matter what day or time, all the employees are so so nice and always go above and beyond and its not just 1 , all of them do! Thank you store 180 Lake Wales! Woohoo! You are all the BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went through drive thru which is relatively slow as the sensor does not recognize bigger trucks so you have to sit there longer than most before they happen to see you out there. I ordered munchkins and a sweet tea. The window person tells you to leave a good review and he will comp your food, but you have to do it right then which backs up the line on busy mornings. The sweet tea was great, and the munchkins were okay. They were quite dry and I got less than I ordered.
