  Since we moved here July 2024 Dominos has been Amazing. The workers were so polite and accommodating, the food was perfectly made and we never had any issues… SOMETHING must have changed, maybe management or employees after March 2025 because my last two orders have been a completely different quality and today ordering was such a hassle. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and a brookie for delivery. I originally ordered a Medium Pepperoni Pizza with pan crust and then changed it to a large last minute. I didn’t notice the APP changed it to hand tossed crust because pan only comes in medium. I immediately called the store as soon as I read the receipt (literally 3 mins from placing the order). I was told there is nothing they can do, my order already left. How a pizza, cheesy bread and brookie was ordered, cooked and packaged in three mins is mind boggling. I then asked if I could refuse the order to get the order that I intended to order, and was told they would take off the large pizza and replace it with the medium pan. I said okay great!! Well my payment was cancelled and all I had on me was Apple Pay. So now I couldn’t get my order until I found a magical new way to pay. They literally stopped the driver right in front of my house in the road blocking neighbors from passing to get to their houses. I was belittled and asked to pay cash, or that I can access my card linked to Apple Pay on my phone (you can not, it only provides the last 4 digits) was then told they would just cancel the entire order and I can place it again on the APP to pay with Apple Pay. Well even though the dinner was supposed to be a surprise for my husband who worked a long week… I had to ask him for a card to pay for the order. Then the car blocking the road pulled in the driveway and left the food on our porch on the ground, and then went back and delivered the pizza 25 mins later. So when we sat down for dinner the cheesy bread was no longer warm. Also the cook on all three items was different than prior to March 2025. The cheesy bread had hard edges like a cracker. The brookie was way over cooked, it was tough and greasy. The pizza that was delivered after the other food was sloppy with the toppings sliding to one side of the pizza. We had to put it back together. I’m also very sorry to the next person who orders a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza because you’re getting the one we had because the delivery person took it back. Like I mentioned when I stated this rant… I strongly feel like this is due to change or management or staff. The woman manager was rude on the phone and the man manager that was first trying to help didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. He was the one who cancelled my payment which spiraled from there. However, he was at least polite. It was the woman manager that kept yelling things to him in the background. I don’t think she wanted to be bothered with it and told him to tell me it was already out the door. This was a very frustrating pizza experience, starting with the store manager, then the delivery driver and then the poorly cooked food.
