    Love this place. So much better than the one in the Cypress garden location. They always have items in stock and don’t have attitudes like the other locations. Food always come out great

    Food was freshly prepared and chicken was flavorful. I was scared to try this new location but it turned out really great. I came around Noon on a Saturday and it wasnt super busy. Staff was competent and portioning was fair.

    Great experience. We were actually greeted upon entering the restaurant- that’s never happened to me at any chipotle before. Restaurant was clean. Portions were great. Food was on point. Service was excellent.

    This Chipotle has been a breath of fresh air in the Lake Wales area. Before the only close options were Sebring and Winter Haven and both of those are mediocre at best. Since this location opened they have been spot on from the beginning. The food is always great, the service is wonderful and they’ve done such a great job!

    Honestly, it's great that they opened one in Lake Wales. I really like their food, but I've been ordering the same thing, the burrito bow, and I know how much I should pay. The first time the price was fine, the second time it was $4 more, and the third time they tried to charge me $8 more. My advice is to check what they're charging you before you pay because they're adding things to your order. They don't have honest employees handling the bill.
