  I got a latte and a frozen hot chocolate with an espresso and they were both extremely awful. Both drinks had a soapy medicine like taste and you could tell the espresso was burnt and possibly made with dirty machines

  Donuts and food is fresh!! Service was excellent and employees were very nice and friendly!!! Egg hunting for kids that was a plus! Thank you🌸 happy Easter

  They charge $1 for a cup of tap water but they wont give me the large cup. They said its the cost of the cup. Then I bring my own cup for a latte and they wont give me a dollar off for not using their cup.

  Love how they all are Manager and employee are great I love coming here since I move from New London Ct, they are always smiling great mood. My new favorite place to go since I move to lake wales

  I recently went there to order two matcha drinks. They had 90% milk in it and no matcha or any of the flavoring I asked to be added in. And plus it tasted like they had regular cow milk instead of the oat milk/almond milk I requested. When I returned back to get my drinks remade. They ask me what was wrong with my order I told them my drinks where nasty. I pulled up to the window and they asked me to pull forward and they'll bring it out. I asked the girl at the window can she take back the previous drinks she said no but before when requested for my drink to get remade they took my old drink back and threw it away. I pulled up like asked, and my drinks were brought out. The girl who had my new drinks had the stankest attitude and had the nerve to rudely ask me "Do you want to try it?" I told her no and drove off. Every time I come to this Dunkin the women staff are rude and always have an attitude. I spend my hard earned money and should get my drink made right the first time and not have to receive attitudes when requested to have it be remade. Please get better customer service skills.
