  OK, so apparently what cost $.25 or free in Jacksonville is worth a dollar here a tiny pup cup for a dollar I asked for large pup cups and I got yelled at by whoever it was that made them. Let me make one thing perfectly clear I am a former special ed teacher, and I have never yelled at a parent the way I was yelled at by that woman with glasses not the one that took my money but a different one and she was like we’re going to get in trouble if we don’t charge you $.25 per the cups. I’m like it already cost me a dollar for something that would be free in Jacksonville and you want me to pay more money. You guys have a serious issue and I will be contact cooperate because the way I was treated was absolutely wrong. I was not given what I needed. I said I wanted large pup cups not the small ones. My dogs are not Chihuahuas. They are big. Don’t go here go to the one at Walmart in Sebring, they’re a lot nicer. And you guys are robbing your customers basically by charging a dollar for something that is free in Jacksonville Florida. They are a bigger city. What is y’all‘s issue? I thought this town was supposed to be better. I thought they were supposed to be nicer. I got yelled at I straight up got yelled at how is that nice? I wouldn’t have minded paying extra money for what my dogs needed, but I didn’t even get that. My dog is an English bulldog. How is she supposed to put her face in this? The other one is a pitbull. How is he supposed to get his face in this too? That is why I requested large not small. Don’t blame the customer oh, but I was blamed. I sure was the way that woman yelled at me. But honestly, after this experience, it has shown me just to buy whipped cream and give it to my dogs and bowls, then go through this. I understand that every franchise is different. I get that but I asked for large. Does this look like a whipped cream amount for a large to anyone else? Thank you though for showing me why I need to go back to Jacksonville instead of being in this crazy town with you people

  Had a nice experience at Dunkin Donut in Lake Placid tonight! My son and I go there so frequently and order 2 Hot Pistachio coffee’s with 2 sweet-n-low and two cream. Well tonight Adam and Jorge on the evening shift did an excellent job! The coffee was hot and delicious! Thank you Dunkin and we always get great customer service! You Rock 👍💕🤩
