  This has got to be the worse Dunkin Donuts location. The staff has a major attitude problem. The first time I came I thought maybe she was having a bad day but today I confirmed it’s not just the one person with lack of customer service skills, it’s the entire staff. Never coming back.

  Just loved I was here first before the rush and I’m still be waiting longer before the rushrush hit the manger on site is great but stuff is not

  The manager that's working right now is a terrible person she's awful and disrespectful as well. I had a very bad encounter with her a very bad attitude towards several people at the store this morning.

  Worst experience I had in my life lady didn’t fill my coffee up all the way and burnt my sandwich. I highly recommend this newly open location gets new staffing because there’s Nothing but people with money that goes there just a shame 5:30 in the morning and they already messed up my meal

  I visited this Dunkin location on March 16, 2026 around 8:26 AM while trying to redeem my rewards points for a medium hot coffee through the Dunkin app. The app was a little confusing, so I went inside to ask for help. A young lady employee named Keziash (I may not have the spelling exactly right) helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely tried to help me figure out the issue with my mobile order. Even during the morning rush she still took the time to assist me and make sure I got my coffee. Her customer service was excellent and I really hope she gets recognized for it. Unfortunately, my interaction with the store supervisor//manager , Rose, was the complete opposite. She interrupted while the employee was helping me and told her to stop and go make drinks. I understood it was busy, so I politely asked if she could help me finish redeeming my rewards, but she said she didn’t know how and showed no interest in trying to help. Her demeanor felt dismissive and bothered, which honestly left me feeling embarrassed as a customer. I visit this location often because my daughter’s daycare is across the street, so I’m there pretty regularly. Over time I’ve noticed a pattern in how the supervisor//manager Rose interacts with customers. Some customers receive friendly and helpful service, while others are treated in a much colder and dismissive way. As I mentioned, I’m a regular customer because my daughter’s daycare is across the street, but experiences like this make me reconsider continuing to visit this location. Today’s experience really stood out to me because the difference between the two employees’ attitudes was like night and day. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the employee who helped me, but I hope management reviews the customer service being provided by the store manager. I hope the franchise owner or district manager reviews this because the employee who helped me represents the kind of service customers appreciate.
