The response from the “CARES Team” and the location manager, was a generic corporate email stating that our complaint had been documented. This experience directly contradicts Chick-fil-A’s well-publicized claims of exceptional “second-mile service” and customer focus. When presented with verifiable evidence of a product failing to meet its advertised description, the company chose to provide no meaningful resolution. For the price charged, the product is disappointing and poor value. A simple bag of apples would provide more transparency and better value.
