  Soy cliente de pizza hot, en este local no me dejaron usar el baño para orinar solo porque no tenia una orden de compra aun, le motores la app para que vean que soy un cliente y me dijeron que si no tengo una orden no puedo usar el baño, le di las gracias me fui y no compre nada

  Food took 2 hours to get tried to call got hung up on eventually went to the store the manager called me a liar and then when I finally got my food it was cold 10 out of 10 people would rather go somewhere else I highly recommend to not go to this location

  My pizza on one half looked less than appetizing. I tried getting the attention of the guy I handed my cash to after he went to the back for no less than 6 minutes. You can check the camera. While yelling “sir” and “excuse me” over loud music, I was able to witness how the pizzas were being made. This man who took CASH from me was then using his same hands for the toppings. Dipping his hands in the topping, and spreading it over pizzas. After I finally got his attention, he was very confrontational. I did not feel comfortable addressing my concerns about how the pizza was being made and knew he wouldn’t care either way. Needless to say, I trashed the pizza. I will NEVER come to this location again as this was my first and last visit. Disturbing, disgusting, and disappointing. This Lake Mary location needs change fast before they get customers sick.

  Tried to order some pizza for delivery and was told they don't come here. Im only 11 minutes away from there location. Telling me to order from Casselberry
