  There was a straight hair in my French fries. And the manager with the bob decided to debate me by saying no one working had that color hair. 0% customer service skills. How are you the manager or the assistant. Arguing with me when I almost ate someone hair. Really???

  Ordered a deluxe mccrispy meal amd 20 piece nuggets. My mccrispy was undercooked. So yea. Doesn't help that last time myself and my brother went on 4/7 they forgot one of our large fries. I dont think you want me to upload pictures.

  Almost every single time I order on the app and pick up here something is missing from my order. Today the worker said everything is there I checked… everything was not in fact there.

  If you come to this location, just hope you don’t need assistance from an employee while ordering inside. I placed an order, received an incorrect drink, and the employee said “sorry we’re too busy to change it” and walked away. Customers have been waiting at the counter for assistance, being completely ignored for 30 minutes +. You’ll get ONE ketchup packet and no napkins so be sure to bring your own. I understand the whole kiosk concept but the employees at this location completely ignore customers. I watched a customer go behind the counter to actually get assistance. I also get that it’s busy but at least acknowledge the customers waiting. This new layout is not customer friendly whatsoever. Not everyone is able to use or understand how to use a kiosk so you’ll get no service here. This location needs new management.

  Today, March 10, I visited this McDonald’s location to take advantage of the new Crocs promotion in the Happy Meals for children. When we received our food, we were given the toy from the previous promotion instead of the new one. The employee Lucy assisted me and was very kind and professional. She explained that she needed to check with the manager in order to resolve the issue. However, when I approached the manager, Normi, the experience became very unpleasant. I greeted her and began explaining the situation, but she did not allow me to finish speaking. She snatched the toy from my hands, turned her back to me, found the toy from the new promotion, handed it to me without saying a single word, and then walked away without any acknowledgment. I found this behavior very rude and unprofessional, especially from someone in a management position. A manager should represent customer service and demonstrate respect and courtesy toward customers. I want to emphasize that Lucy was very polite and helpful, but unfortunately the manager Normi displayed a very negative attitude and poor customer service. This kind of behavior creates a very bad experience for customers and reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope this situation can be addressed, since professionalism and respectful customer service should be basic expectations, especially from management staff.
