I eat at this Taco Bell frequently, and when I visit overnight, I have no issues, my order is accurate, the food tastes fresh, and the service is reliable. Unfortunately, whenever I come during the late afternoon or early evening, there are recurring problems. Items are missing, customizations are done incorrectly, or the food quality is noticeably poor. During my most recent visit, my chips for the cheese dip were missing entirely. I also paid extra to add purple cabbage to my chalupa, but the amount provided was so minimal it was barely noticeable. On top of that, the chalupa itself tasted stale. This is now the third time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review about this location. I understand some may say this is “just fast food,” but that misses the point. I work hard for my money and expect to receive what I pay for, prepared correctly and consistently. I would like to know when these issues will be taken seriously and addressed so this location can provide reliable service regardless of the time of day.

So management needs to fix the problem that everyone is aware of. Thats the reason for the 3 star instead of 5.
