We called and the person that answered said let me get my manager. Woman gets on the phone starts telling us about how they are short handed, they are unloading a truck. Excuse after excuse a customer does not want to hear excuses. My husband kept asking can I plz speak and she kept going on and on finally she said yes you can speak then said but you weren’t quite while I was trying to explain our structure. She hung up and pizza was delivered 45 min late and crust was burnt. This person does not need to be in a managerial position she was awlful. Get it together and retrain. Will never deal with this store again!!
