  Disappointed with the new “modern” setup. I usually enjoy this McDonald’s, but the recent changes are honestly frustrating. They removed everything from the customer area—no ketchup pumps, no lids, no straws, no napkins, no plasticware, nothing. The place may look cleaner and more “modern,” but now you have to go to the counter and just hope someone in the kitchen notices you. With everything automated, it’s really difficult to get something as simple as ketchup or a straw. The service isn’t the issue—it's the setup. Definitely not an improvement for customers.

  If you feel like waiting at the counter for 15 minutes while employees stare at you (and don’t acknowledge your presence) or they’re too busy texting on their phone then come to this McDonalds.

  The time here was awful. My Happy Meal with 4 nuggets took 25 minutes, and it wasn’t even busy. People were waiting forever for their food, and when I went to the counter, I was completely ignored — even after making eye contact with the staff. To top it off, my fries came out cold, which is funny because the wall literally says “crispy fries.” Definitely not that.

  I only came he for the McDonald's monopoly pieces and this is the second time in 2 days they dont have them. They should have a code to give you when this happens for the online peaces in total 10 pieces i didnt get sad day .

  I'm sorry but after the whole remodeling thing you all have done this McDonald's has gone down a toilet... Every single time I come and almost all the tables are dirty disgusting still have table numbers on it so you don't know if you can sit there or not but when you ask somebody they'll say oh there's been about two people that sat there already in the table number still there I'm like okay whatever So I put the number back but there's table numbers on tables tables haven't been wiped for who knows how long it's disgusting and we're not talking about the garbage YET. It's not been taken care of the bathrooms are disgusting there's no one there that's trying to help you always see lines for no reason neglect and I'm a frequent customer and I didn't say anything at first but as the months go by this place has literally just neglected itself tables are dirty number signs have been on tables for two three people that sat on it nobody picks it up cleans the table the bathrooms are just gross when you wait 30 40 minutes on a simple meal not even a whole meal something very simple maybe a milkshake and a burger takes 30 to 40 minutes and no one has the common decency to apologize I've had it happen a few times to me and I see it happen to others it's disgusting The garbage is overflowing I can barely throw away simple paper that's on the tray away without it kind of almost falling outside of the trash can I'm sorry This place is disgusting This is Lake Mary and every restaurant in Lake Mary any fast food in Lake Mary has to keep their restaurant looking clean and welcoming This place right here has gone down a hole. To me the cleanliness is what gets to me I'm very disgusted by this place and then on top of things not being clean the delays at times ... If you walk in right now I will tell you all trash cans are completely full and trash is leaking out of it I've seen number twos on toilet seats smeared okay I don't want to Get too much details in it but it's been months of this and it's kind of disgusting and Lake Mary is better than that and whoever is running this business you're really killing it all. Luckily I grew up here I know the area It's just whoever is running this business is not running it right You guys need to clean it up I can only imagine what it looks like in the back because if I can easily see what's going on when I go in and pick up a meal or have my daughter play in the play place and all the nonsense and disgusting things I see in the bathroom I'm kind of worried about what's going on back there rant is over I hope somebody can figure this out I'm hoping I'm not the only one to be honest I really hope I'm not the only one. Oh and don't even get me started on that crappy kiosk that wants to work when it wants to and then when you ask for help you literally have to yell for help because they do not acknowledge you when you're standing at the front register they'll literally look you in the eye and continue doing what they're doing there's like 10 people running around but not once and I'm not a person that's like I need help now I wait 5 minutes 10 minutes Come on If I'm ordering a French fry it should not take 40 minutes So then I have to yell out excuse me can I have some help and then finally they come and then give me an attitude and don't even apologize for the inconvenience I can't stand that and I seen that happen to somebody else there was a poor man that couldn't speak up for himself so I spoke up for him and he thanked me so much could he waited 40 minutes for a simple meal and nobody acknowledged him and when they brought the food out they brought it out and didn't even say hey I'm sorry about the wait Thank you for being patient nothing got nothing and I said wow you can even apologize to this man I had to be his voice and I feel for him and you guys need to get it together for real This is McDonald's it's not that hard guys Come on
