After the breakfast was brought out I looked around for napkins and condiments. There were none. I had to walk behind the counter where you pick up your food and make contact with a worker to requests those items. This is a terrible business plan. If the objective is to discourage inside eating I would guess they are achieving that and likely losing customers. Admittedly I seldom eat at McDonald's and this experience certainly reinforces that.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I went us to ask how long it would be, he scoffed; shook his head, told me it was coming right up and then came back a few minutes later to ask me my order number. He was extremely dismissive and rude. However, the other gentleman that then gave us our food was extremely nice.
