They have it down pat here, drive thru was extremely quick even while it was very busy. The food is spectacular quality and very fresh, the coffee order that I usually get has never tasted as good as how this location makes it

food is always fine but customer service is a consistent problem we’ve had across multiple visits. i’m a younger person myself but the younger people specifically always have an attitude even when you do not bring up any issues/problems with the order. we’ve had multiple people snap at us for literally no reason.we are always kind as we know everyone has tough days but it gets to a point where you feel like you’re a problem for even coming to the mcdonald’s in the first place. the one time something WAS actually wrong with our order we were met with immediate pushback and defensiveness when we approached the situation very patiently. we ended up just leaving as she clearly had no intention on helping on us even if it was a simple fix (wrong drink). i’ve worked in customer service before so i understand it can be exhausting and you can deal with a lot of rude people but the consistent attitude here is ridiculous and the people working the windows need more customer service training

Comfort food for me as I always love eating McD.
Disappointed that they served me an expired pie. Ordered 2 pies and one of them was expired 4 hours ago.
Wanted to exchange but the staff claimed ignorance and innocence.
Have to check the expiry date and time before taking the food from the counter to the table or check when they sent the food to your table.
