  Highly unsatisfactory and bad experience at this location involving the order but especially the response by the manager, Niles. My recent order (I had ordered 2 different sandwiches) one was missing all requested vegetables, leaving only bread and cheese. Despite paying $11 for a vegetarian sandwich, Niles refused to rectify the mistake, dismissively labeling the missing ingredients as "freebies." Although Niles acknowledged and confirmed it lacked the requested toppings, he only offered a remake after a lengthy argument and after his refusal when I said "that's fine and I know what I need to do" and he said I can go to "the higher up". But then suddenly he offers that I could bring the sandwich back and they can remake it. I could not return same day due to childcare responsibilities, he finally said that I can try coming in tomorrow or another day and tell the other manager then what had happened, a solution that should have been offered from the start. As a regular customer, I am disappointed by this incompetent service AND the DECLINING QUALITY of recent orders including today (the other 2 sandwiches on this order had very little ingredients) Given this experience and similar recent reviews, I can't say I am likely to return even though this is the only Jimmy John's close to us ( for within 15+ miles) Update- I updated the 1 star review to 2 ( and changed the customer service to 3) only bcos the general manager April called and left a sincere message and said they are working on training the night manager..I still don't think I would order there for a while or as often but I appreciate it.

  It seems the sandwiches need just a weee bit more meat for the prices already charged.

  Ordered the Cubano, says it has bacon ham pickles and provolone cheese. Mine just has pickles and ham, and almost no ham. Still taste alright, but for 14$ I won't be back.
