  Stay away from the location on International Parkway in Lake Mary. Consistently donuts aren’t filled. It is literally one tiny bit of filling right on the edge. What a waste. I even confirmed before I bought them and was assured they were filled properly. This has happened the past 5 visits. I will travel further to go to a decent Dunkin Donuts.

  The problems at this Dunkin’ stem entirely from terrible management practices. This morning I mobile-ordered a dozen donuts and a coffee on my way to work. I’ve continued going to this Dunkin’ for convenience, but today was my last straw. Every time I visit, the manager, Mayra, has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service. I genuinely hold my breath walking in because I never know how she’s going to react—whether toward me or another customer. Today, my coffee was missing the cold foam I ordered. Not a huge deal, and honestly, I’m used to having to ask for it. I don’t mind asking. The problem is the reaction I get: either “you didn’t order that” or a big sigh to signal how inconvenient it is to provide what I paid for. Juan added the cold foam after I asked and told me it would be a minute— totally fine. But he then put the wrong lid on the cup, making it impossible to drink the cold foam. When I politely asked for the correct lid, he looked at me like I was the problem. After an awkward stare-down, I finally asked for the drink to be remade. He told me that would take even longer—again, I said no problem. He remade it, I thanked him, and he rolled his eyes without saying a word. As I was leaving, I said “have a great day, thank you,” hoping for even a basic acknowledgment. Instead, Mayra looked at me from across the shop and asked, “what’s your problem?” We ended up in a discussion where she began to call me a “bitc—” before cutting herself off. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she changed her wording, but the hostility was already clear. I explained that the customer service has gotten worse and that every visit turns into an unnecessary argument about cold foam. She responded, “oh trust me, I know when you come in,” as if my presence alone was an issue. This isn’t a single isolated incident. I’ve witnessed and experienced countless unprofessional behaviors: - She once yelled at me because my coffee melted from sitting in the long drive-thru line. -Another time, she was so angry and stressed that she shut and locked the front door, telling customers no one could enter or leave without her permission. - I’ve seen her roll her eyes at and yell at staff members, including a barista who was clearly just trying to do her job. I used to come here nearly every day, so the list of incidents goes on. It’s incredibly disappointing. This was my first time back in a while—only because I wanted donuts for my team—and it will also be my last time purchasing from this location until there’s new management.   Disappointed with the service I received this morning from Mayra. I was having issues with my Apple Pay, I turned to get my credit card in my purse she got frustrated and walked away. I found that to be rude and unprofessional. Things happened! I don’t get mad when they have a long line or I get the wrong order. Mayra lacks customer service. Will not be going to that location.

  Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My husband and I stopped by around 8:30 AM to make two purchases — one on a corporate card and one personal — and the store manager, Mayra, was immediately rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes, rushed our order, and started arguing loudly when we asked for both receipts. When my husband calmly said he didn’t appreciate her attitude, she began yelling that she had to help the drive-thru too, and even threatened to call the police when we asked again for the receipt for our corporate expense. We were polite the entire time, but she kept shouting and told us to leave the store. Other customers even tried to calm her down because her reaction was so unprofessional. We left feeling humiliated and shocked. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager — Dunkin’ should seriously look into this location (Store #365033 – Lake Mary, FL).

  Beardo server didn't know the filing in the donut... in a donut shop. No please, no thank you. Very poor.
