I think her name is Luuu. Let me tell this, you guys/ or you girl should be a little nicer with customers, that was a VERY MEAN ATTITUDE. Remember your paychecks come from our coffee orders.

Only having one employee doing all of these food and drinks by themselves? The quality was horrible and there is no reason why an employee should be working alone. As someone who makes coffee as their job, making quality beverages should be first priority over time goals. Not mad at the employee, I’m mad at the manager who thought it would be okay to let someone work alone.
- LMLinet MendezJan 19, 20261.0Wow… we came to this location at 2:40pm on Monday January 19th no one was in the store and there was one car in the drive through we waited 5 min and I can see the employee doing what it looks like an order but she was not acknowledging us at all. My husband approached her and ask her “if she can please ask someone to help us” she completely ignored him so he walked closer to her asked again “can someone please help us” she ignored us one more time. We decided to leave. He turned around and ask her and another gentleman in the back if there were any managers working and they both ignored him. All we wanted was a donut for my son that just find out that he needed surgery and was scared. Thank you for this we really appreciate the horrible service. Good luck with everything!
