I got a bagel hard as a rock, not cut. I ask for a dunkalatte with caramel and French vanilla with cold foam. I didnt get cold foam and barely any expresso in my drink. That boy has terrible service. I use to work at dunkin and I get that it gets busy especially in the mornings but orders were read and sent out the window correctly. Do better. If a fast pace job isn't meant for you, dont force it and ruining everyone else's breakfast.

The staff were friendly and attentive and the order was accurate and delicious. Super impressed with this location.
