However David was very helpful and gave us some extra things to try instead. And even though we had never been to a Cava before, they gave us some good recommendations that tasted amazing. We will definitely be back to try the rice!

I came in five minutes early for a pick up order and asked if my order was ready and I was told the order was being worked on… 15 minutes later manager, Kat asked me for my name. She then walked away and never came back to apologize for leave me waiting for an order they never even received. The whole experience was super unprofessional, nobody apologized, and I was even told that I would have to continue to wait for other orders to be completed before working on mine, even though the entire restaurant was empty. Girls were very helpful and I’ve been his car multiple times and have never had this experience. But on this occasion, the manager and establishment drop the ball. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one addressed me. I had an order for an office for seven people and was 30 minutes late to their 45 minute lunch.
