- SGSean GApr 8, 20261.0Paid for six donuts, but they never gave them to us. They kept them behind the counter while we waited for the rest of our food and we left before we realized it. We called afterwards (the donuts were still sitting behind the counter), and the lady said she wouldn’t give us a refund, but she planned on restocking them to sell to someone else. Super lame.

I clearly ordered avocado bacon topped toast and a bacon egg and cheese bagel in a mobile order and they messed it up so bad and chose to argue that we didn’t order that but it said we did on the receipt. They didn’t even toast the bread to the avocado toast which by the way they didn’t add bacon too. They also put the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant instead of a bagel. We showed them the order receipt showing what we had ordered and they continued to argue. We sat and waited in the drive through for 14 minutes while she ate and talked instead of remaking our order. 0/10 service

They didn’t have something available anymore that’s still on the app and I tried to replace it with something vaguely similar she disregarded my specifications and created the order wrong and I didn’t find out until I had the receipt in my hand. claimed she read it before charging but that was only the food items she made the coffee however she wanted. Ashley and McKenzie were absolute sweet hearts they deserve a better management team.
