  Drive-thru gets slower everyday. Food comes out cold. The lady at the Drive-thru window handed me a bad with items missing. Instead of verifying by looking in the bad she argues that she put it in there herself. Lol I havent gone anywhere and it didn't just disappear. This is sad because they were not this bad a year ago. Will change my review when they've figured some things out.

  Going through the drive thru at 9pm. Placed order & it’s now 9:43. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced! A 10 pc nugget and 1 fry takes 43 minutes?? Could not get out of drive thru due to bumper to bumper (car in front and back of us so close we could not leave). Traveling & 16 hrs on the road. Get to window and the girl taking payment didn’t even acknowledge us. No greeting or anything. Pick up window James was nice. Looks defeated which makes sense. Horrible

  The "Quick-Bit" Review: Sparkle Over Substance The Vibe: Rarely do you see a fast-food establishment this dedicated to hygiene. The staff was actively deep-cleaning the entire dining room, the restrooms were immaculate, and even the high-traffic play area was being scrubbed. It’s easily one of the most well-maintained locations I’ve visited. The Service: Exceptional for the industry. The team was incredibly accommodating; a staff member went out of her way to personally ensure a "fresh fry" request reached the kitchen. That level of proactive service is a breath of fresh air. The Food: * The Big Arch: Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the marketing hype. It was a serviceable burger, but ultimately forgettable. * The Fries: A bit of a mixed bag—half were piping hot and crispy, while the rest felt like they’d been sitting. Still, the classic flavor was there. The Verdict: While the new menu item was a bit of a letdown, I’d absolutely return. You come here for the speed, the friendly service, and the peace of mind that comes with a truly clean restaurant. Rating: 4/5

  I don't eat McDonald's food, but a niece had her birthday party at this location. There is no way to make an order with a human. Noone to explain the kiosk ordering system or to ask any kind of questions. It took 45 min to get a couple kids' meals and half of it was cold when it finally came out. The people running food flat refuse to give you your cups before the food. If this is what fast food is now, I am never eating it again. This exact location was my first fast food job in the 90's, so don't think we haven't noticed the horrible changes.

  Only why they get one star is because that's the lowest I can give and I will say that all of our food was correct. However here are the following issues I had today when I placed a mobile order (3/22/2026 @ 7:35 p.m.) 1) It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered (I ordered on my phone from the parking lot and walked in and waited). Another customer ordered her food at the counter after I had ordered mine and she got hers before I got mine. 2) They said my order was complete on the screen about 5 minutes after I ordered and I had to continue to wait 15 minutes for my food. It seems like they're making orders ready well before they are just to be able to have low wait times reported. I didn't want to complain at first for the long wait because I figured the food had to be freshly made and that it would be hot, but I was wrong, it was all cold. 3) I ordered a sweet tea, smoothie, and a coke for drinks. They gave me some fruity tea instead of sweet tea and they didn't even give me the cup for the coke. And when I told the manager that I also ordered a coke she said "I don't think so but I can give it to you anyways". I showed her my phone to prove I ordered the coke and she gave me an attitude as she handed me the drink. 4) Speaking of the manager, she had a horrible attitude the whole time we were there and she moved super slow (looked like on purpose) while the drive through line was almost around the building and there were a few of us waiting in the lobby. 5) The fries tasted like they dumped a whole thing of salt on them (I personally love a lot of salt on my fries but this was even too much for me). 6) I also don't like that wall next to the counter because you can't see exactly what the workers are doing unless you stand on the far right where people order at the register. 7) My son showed me that behind the wall and some equipment there was an old rotting smoothie (we could see through the crack of the wall). I will be emailing corporate (even though I'm sure they don't care and won't do anything) but they need to rethink about if that manger should be a manager, they need to check to make sure they're not just marking orders ready before they are just to have low wait times reported, and they need to check the cleanliness of this place.
