  I just went through the drive-through Feb. 12th around 8PM (Thursday) and dealt with the nastiest person. When I ordered, I was polite to her and I got nothing but her extremely rude attitude. At the end, I said thank you and I got the window slammed in my face. It was a black female with braids in her 20’s with a sour expression. I will not be going back to Wendy’s because their food isn’t great, but to deal with someone like that again. I don’t even trust my food coming from someone questionable like that. She needs to find a new job where she isn’t around people or animals and needs to learn respect. #FATIGUE.

  Just came through drive through and my large fry in my combo meal wasn’t even filled but a third of the way , and my husbands burgers feel cool to the touch.

  I have to be gluten free so I order a burger with no bun. shouldn't be an issue but every time I order one something's wrong. I ask for ketchup. I never get ketchup. I say not to add mayo. they add it anyway. whenever I order something for my kids and I don't have to order it with no bun. they get it exactly however they order it. what is so difficult about ordering a burger with no bun that screws up the whole process? maybe 1 out of 10 times is my order correct
