The front desk girl, who had two braids dyed red and was taking item from the bakery, took over ten minutes to even appear at the front register, walked up and was on her phone at the front, never spoke to us or the other guests at all, when I made eye contact she kind of glared at me, put some bakery items in a bag and left again. There is zero chance management would allow her to continue on with the ‘customer service’ she displayed. Totally out of character for a Panera Bread.
