My food has always been crap, it's always taken absolutely forever to get my food and I've worked at McDonald's before so I know how long it should take. The problem is that nobody cares so they'll just stand there and talk to each other or move like they're literally asleep. The entire place just needs to be revamped with new employees or policy's or something.

The lady who took my payment, got upset with me because she clicked the button on my phone and it locked my screen so she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I did not unlock my phone before handing it to her. It’s now 555 and I’m the only core in the parking lot waiting for my food.
